#47 - Bed Time

Okay, since I already didn't finish, I'm not going to bother waiting up for the end in an hour. Before I hit the hay, I want to send a quick shout-out to my five awesome sponsors who helped me raise $66.15 for the VH1 Save the Music Foundation. Thanks so much for your support and your comments!!

I'm pretty sure I'll be back next year. I don't know what charity I'll be blogging for, but I had a good time with this and I'd love to do it again!

Congratulations to all who finished, and even to those who didn't - you should still be proud of the money you've raised today; it's going to some really great causes!

Sweet dreams, bloggers!

#46 - Nineteen Hours

I guess this means I didn't wake up in time. :(

#39 - Keep On Trucking

Well folks, we're almost there. I don't really have much to say, so I think that for this next 30 minute segment, I am going to have a lie-down. It's not time enough to really sleep, just enough to rest. And then I'll go back to playing computer games for the rest of the morning.

*sets phone alarm for 4:20 am*

#38 - I Knew It

Yup, as soon as I got up here, I ended up napping through a post. I fail. Time to set my alarm clock for every half hour from now on, just in case. :\

#37 - The Big Move

Okay, so I relocated up to my bedroom. However, this gives me two new concerns.

First, it is really freaking hot up here. Especially when I have my door closed (I normally leave it open to let air move, but I also normally don't have my light on at 3am) and have a computer sitting on my bed. It's on a cooling tray, but that's the best I can do since I don't have a usable desk. I have a desk, but it is covered with an Amiga DOS Commodore II. Awesome as that computer may be, it was built before the internet and will really be of no use to me during the Blogathon.

Second, I'm hoping that I might get more sleepy since I'm sitting on my bed with my big comfy boyfriend pillow behind me.

Before I came up, I grabbed a nice cold bottle of green tea (with ginseng! and honey!) which will hopefully help me with both of these issues. I've already changed out of my t-shirt and jeans into a camisole and boxers. This one bottle of tea isn't gonna last me for six more hours! Ah well... I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

#36 - I Collect!

This was the most recent 'thon game, but I can't be bothered to e-mail it in time, plus it won't win so whatever.

The prompt is to write about what you collect.

I collect bells. I'm not sure off the top of my head how many I have, but I know it's around 200. Why do I collect them? Well, the first one that I got originally belonged to my Nana. It's a pretty silver bell, painted black with blue and green stripes, and a silver handle that twists around at the top and has a leaf on the twist. It sounds ridiculous when I try to describe it, but it's awesome. I found it in the basement one day when I was like 6 or 7 years old and my mom told me I could have it, and told me about collecting and said I could collect them if I wanted. So I started buying bells at touristy gift shops on every vacation. My Aunt Mary started sending me bells for my birthday and Christmas. And thus, a collection was born.

My favorite bells... I have one that Cristina gave me for my 20th birthday, it's a really large bell, and it's a gorgeous dark red glass. I have one that Julia bought me at Busch Gardens; the handle is shaped like a castle. There's a special place in my heart for that original bell that belonged to my Nana; I call it my apple bell because of the apple leaf that's on it.

#35 - Tri-Duel

I just beat the Master level Tri-Duel Challenge on Peggle.

Pizza flavored Pringles are gross.

My dad is going to be up in about 3 hours. I'm going to have to at the very least take lappy up to my room sooner or later, cause he won't be happy to see me still up when he gets up. Even though he will see my light on anyway. Whatever. I'm starting to get sleepy :\
